placed 15 mins on foot from palace of parliament and close to many other city attractions. we ate at vatra, which is only 600 ft away, it suited our needs.
Everything was fantastic.

It is a business hotel, not fancy and delivers the same. So, try and not keep too much expectations, and you will be fine. Your site mentions "Double Room With French Bed" - Actually it is a 2 persons room having a french bed (low bed). That was misleading...

the location of teh Hotel at the heart of Bucharest is great, the breakfast is amazing indeed very much versitile , the staff are nice and approacheable, rooms are tidy and clean.
the A/C needs to be serviced, the pool and SPA are chargeable

Had to stay at there for 5 nights due to the Volcanic eruption over Europe. found the staff to be very cold, with the exception of one waitress called Lumi, who was the only friendly face there. There is a 'rip off' the tourist mentality at the hotel, but to be fair, this is all over Bucharest. The food is not great, often cold, and way over priced compared to other restaurants in the area. It is a basic 3* hotel, certainly not a 4* by any means.
The 5th floor of the hotel smells really awful, something has gone badly wrong with their air con or heating system, and they need to sort it out immediately.

The hotel is centrally located and close to metro for easy transportation to other location. The food at the buffet breakfast is fresh with reasonable choices. Catering staff provide excellent service. The frontdesk staff are helpful when we asked for information on the tour route and local restaurants though he was eager to recommend the Ramada Majestic restaurant. It's fair.
It is a pity that the hotel did not provide a kettle for hot tea/coffee in room. It would be more cosy after a cold day visit in the street of Bucharest. The front desk staff is a bit tricky for commission. We left at 12:15 midday and asked for a taxi order from the hotel to the airport. He recommended us to "private taxi" which was the same price as the taxi at 100 lei. We refused and end up with a taxi bill of 38 lei.

good location, good breakfast, competent and quick working personnel
missed italian tv on television

Good service, friendly staff and best of all the location. For being close (5 mins) to the downtown area this is the best of all the hotels in the main street that is full of hotels.
-
Small but comfortable room, good breakfast, perfect location in the center, between museums...
I booked this hotel for the spa resort, unfortunately the closure for Easter was not announced on the site, so I was very disappointed. I discovered the closure when I arrived at hotel.
-
The hotel staff all had good English, the breakfast was good and the room was good value. We booked the hotel because it had a pool but it was closed due to Easter Hols.

The hotel was well kept and in an excellent location to visit Bucharest as it was very central. The breakfast was probably the best I've had in Romania so far - excellent!
The guy on the reception when we arrived didn't ask my name, if I'd booked, nothing - in fact he barely looked at me. He just gave me a form to complete and then gave me a key and grunted 'breakfast 7 til 10' and pointed to the restaurant - it did not feel very welcoming I can assure you. The minibar in our room was locked for some reason. Wireless was onyl available in reception. They did provide a usb cable for a laptop in the room - but thta's not much good for my smartphone! The waiters at breakfast in the morning were very grumpy and would not speak at all. Not a very good impression of the service. It was cheap and convenient - otherwise, I would not recommend it.

Chain hotel, you get what you expect to get
Should be refurbished (furniture, windows, bathroom) as it's 100% non-smoking, shouldn't have the option "smoking room"
-
We got there very early in the morning and we were really tired after travelling all night so I was concerned they won't check us in until midday per hotel's policy but we got a room straight away so that was great for us. Also the breakfast had a wide choice of food and it was all very tasty and well presented. Unfortunately, I forgot my bikini so didn't manage to try out the pool but that's definitely on my list next time am over. We will visit again next year with friends and that will be my first choice when booking the hotel.

Friendly welcome, comfortable and silent room even if mine was right on the main street, but I didn't hear any noise.Additionally its position is outstanding and close to the old town, perfect for having a walk/dinner after business. Sauna and wireless included made my stay really good, for 75 euro/day I strongly recommend.

Central location. Relaxing area with the swimming pool. The restaurant has a nice variety of dishes and reasonable prices. Free and guarded parking was offered in front of the hotel inspite of this city area being extremely busy.
